Michael Meinholz

Director of Manufacturing

As Director of Manufacturing, Michael Meinholz is responsible for our Assembly, Machine Shop, Shipping, and Toolroom. His accomplishments at VERSA include upgrading equipment, reducing manufacturing scrap by over 60%, shrinking our assembly lines, and freeing up 800 square feet of manufacturing space.

With 30 years of manufacturing experience, Michael has spent 18 years as either Plant Manager or General Manager overseeing up to 250 employees.

Before joining VERSA in 2014, he worked as General Manager for Torco, Inc. and as Plant Manager at Hikari USA.
